Thank you so much for such a lovely first week in my new studio! It’s been so special welcoming you through the doors, and I’m incredibly grateful for all the support, kind messages and encouragement I’ve received. Studio Rules
Making your practice smooth
Please be mindful of noise levels when entering and leaving the building and studio, as other businesses are working throughout the day.
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your class.
Please wipe down your mat and equipment at the end of class.
As space is limited, please hang coats outside the studio and leave shoes on the racks provided.
Personal belongings such as phones and keys can be placed in the small baskets.
All you need for class is yourself, water and a sweat towel if you think you’ll need one.
Please make sure you have read through the Terms & Conditions before attending your first class.
Grip socks are recommended for class.
My studio is a calm, positive and kind space, where everyone is welcome. Help me keep it a place where everyone can feel comfortable, supported and at ease.

The car park is located behind the building. Please enter on the left-hand side of the building and exit on the right. There is also overflow parking available to the left, over the hedge.
Barre by Zoe is on the first floor in Studio 4.
