What to Bring
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and bring a bottle of water with you.
Arriving at Class
Arrive five minutes early so you can settle in before your session. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, unfortunately, you won’t be able to enter the class and will still be charged. This is to avoid disrupting the class once it has started.
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your class.
Please be mindful of noise when entering and leaving the building and studio, out of respect for the other businesses and their clients.
