Studio Rules

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your class. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, unfortunately, you won’t be able to enter the class and will still be charged. This is to avoid disrupting the class once it has started.

Please keep noise levels down when entering and leaving the building and studio, as other businesses are working throughout the day.

Please wipe down your mat and equipment at the end of class.

Space is limited, so please hang coats outside the studio and leave shoes on the provided racks.

You can place personal belongings such as phones and keys in the small baskets.

All you need for class is yourself, water and a sweat towel if you think you’ll need one.
